He has been VERY flexible with us when it comes to last minutes adds or changes and has always “made it happen” even if it meant he would have to drive them himself. He offers very competitive rates and has gone far beyond to make the students feel comfortable and safe while on his vehicles.."
"Quality Care has been an excellent resource for Stonebridge World School. The service is fantastic in regards to its flexibility and accountability. With a high level of promptness they are on time most days but if a van is running late or a route is off schedule the issue is resolved within the same day or following. We have not experienced any major accidents. The only conflicts we have had with the service came from student’s behaviors. We have been able to follow up on these much easier now that they have added the cameras to the vans. Muk and the drivers have also come up with supporting seating arrangements when necessary. Communication is excellent between the school and Quality Care. Mostly done through email, changes and updates are easy to refer back to. The parents of the families who use the van service have had no complaints regarding their communication with the service. Muk is very open to questions and concerns and will even come in person to resolve any issue that may come up. We did have a driver that wasn’t a good fit for our school at one point, Muk made the change immediately to take him off our route. We think Quality Care lives up to its name and we highly recommend them.."
